My Background
Welcome! My name is Sofia, I’m a certified personal trainer, 200HR RYT, and I’m currently getting my AAS in Integrative Health and my certificate in Wellness Coaching. I have a deep passion not only for the gift of movement but the importance of mind, body, and spirit. The quality of life comes down to self, and I believe everyone deserves the gift of self-care, health, and wellness. My passion comes from my own experience with health issues related to prolonged anxiety and stress. I had to shift my mindset towards movement and lifestyle, which led me to the importance of the balance between mind, body, and spirit. I utilized cycle synching (menstrual cycle) and hormonal balance with my nutrition, movement, and mind, healing my gut and igniting a passion for overall wellness.
My Approach
My approach to coaching is a focus on foundation. Exploring self as a tool to balance mind, body, and spirit. We create our ‘foundation’ through exploring the self; morals, beliefs, dislikes and likes. That foundation then acts as a catalyst to our motivation to create sustainable goals and rewarding outcomes. I specialize in women’s health with an aim to empower and support women to live their most authentic and vibrant lives. I use powerful questions to invoke change within the women I work with. By utilizing research, challenges, and strengths within the different aspects of lifestyle medicine I aim to guide and facilitate a space for women to set goals, see change, and over anything, embrace their feminine energy burning within.
